Quality in the United States Highway Program

NPHQ has released its report entitled "Quality in the United States Highway Program."  The report is a summation of the results of a 2009 survey of public and private sector highway personnel's assessment of the level of quality being achieved in highway work.  The survey focused on three general categories of opportunities for improving highway quality:

1. Quality Principles
2. Project Delivery, and
3. Completed Projects.

Statement of Media Relations Principles

NPHQ is committed to its role as a source of information and assistance to the news media. The organization strives to provide the best possible content at every opportunity. It also seeks to demonstrate that the roles of integrity, creativity, and service so vital to the “quality” equation extend to interactions with every stakeholder, including the media.

NPHQ’s goal when working with the media is to use every means at its disposal to create a productive relationship with individual members of the press in order to inform and engage the organization’s customer, the roadway user.
